Matthew I. Snowden, through Snowden Investments, LLC (“SI”), is a partner in Advanced Human Capital Group, LLC (“AHCG”). AHCG is a staffing and recruiting firm focused on its healthcare permanent placement division, a UMS Healthcare franchise.

Mr. Snowden, originally from Gallipolis, Ohio, is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Mr. Snowden attended Arizona State University as one of four national recipients of the Leadership Scholarship, a four-year full-tuition plus stipend scholarship program.

While attending ASU, Mr. Snowden developed a personal and professional interest in real estate. During that time, Mr. Snowden began acquiring real estate personally and developing a mortgage practice under a successful local brokerage, which lead to a prosperous six year relationship that still generates referrals to this day.

Following graduation, Mr. Snowden accepted a position as an analyst with a boutique investment banking/management consulting firm in Phoenix. During his time with the firm, Mr. Snowden was involved with public and private companies and gained exposure to major corporations in the franchising, real estate, home building, manufacturing, financial services and insurance, BPO and automotive sectors, among others.

Mr. Snowden subsequently organized Snowden Investments, LLC and is its sole owner. SI primarily accepts financial consulting assignments and has acquired, unwound and continues to manage real estate positions, makes direct investments into client companies and takes an opportunistic approach investing in sectors familiar to Mr. Snowden. One such investment, which is now Mr. Snowden’s primary professional endeavor, is AHCG and its operations as a franchise of UMS Healthcare.

Mr. Snowden’s primary responsibilities within AHCG include all financial and organizational matters, the planning and developing of marketing and lead generation strategies, local client account development and conducting the company’s bi-weekly training sessions. Mr. Snowden also runs a full recruiting desk, working exclusively with the top echelon of medical professionals.

Mr. Snowden resides in central Phoenix and maintains an active relationship with ASU, the Leadership Scholarship Program and serves as a volunteer advisor and mentor to the undergraduate members of his collegiate fraternity.



Daniel's Bio

Daniel C. O’Neil is a partner in Advanced Human Capital Group, LLC (“AHCG”). AHCG is a staffing and recruiting firm focused on its healthcare permanent placement division, a UMS Healthcare franchise.

Mr. O’Neil, originally from Houston, Texas, is a graduate of Texas Tech University. Mr. O’Neil obtained dual degrees in Advertising and Marketing, providing a strong background in the fundamentals of communication, creativity, and business.

After graduation, Mr. O’Neil joined the real estate software firm Palm Agent, Inc during its startup phase. During his time with Palm Agent, Mr. O’Neil assisted with all aspects of development, training and selling for the firm’s core product. Mr. O’Neil was named Regional Manager and for three years traveled Texas, the Mid West, and Arizona conducting large sales presentations and forming distribution partnerships with title companies, significantly growing the firm’s market share.

Looking for a permanent place to call home, Mr. O’Neil accepted a position with Chicago Title in Phoenix, Arizona where he was assigned to re-open the Lender Division with a new team of escrow personnel. Leading sales and marketing for the division and leveraging an elite escrow team, Mr. O’Neil grew the division to Top 3 Ranking among high volume lender title services in Arizona within the first year.

After building his division, Mr. O’Neil exited the real estate industry and accepted a position with KForce Staffing as one of two Information Technology Account Managers. Mr. O’Neil was responsible for successful contract fulfillment at several national and regional clients and made the decision to explore further options in the space.

After substantial due diligence and planning Mr. O’Neil elected to become a partner in AHCG and purchased a UMS franchise to expand quickly into Medical Recruiting. Mr. O’Neil continues to leverage his background in early stage and growth stage organizations to maximize the potential of AHCG and its Team. Mr. O’Neil’s decision to join AHCG provides the opportunity to meet his personal goals and fulfill the many dreams of his fellow Team members.

Mr. O’Neil’s primary responsibilities within AHCG include Team Development, New Hire Training, organizational matters, local client account development and conducting the company’s bi-weekly Team Meetings. Mr. O’Neil also runs a full recruiting desk, working exclusively with the top echelon of medical professionals.

About the Phoenix Branch

The Phoenix office of UMS Healthcare was organized in February 2008 as Advanced Human Capital Group, LLC (“AHCG”) to enter the staffing and recruiting space. In May of the same year, AHCG acquired rights to become the 13th franchise of what is now UMS Healthcare and began operations with a team of nine individuals. AHCG believes in the Team approach to recruiting and is always looking for additional recruiters who would like to join our group.

Located in the beautiful Green Gables Building in Central Phoenix, AHCG provides an open, sharing working environment where everyone has every opportunity to fail, while being given all of the resources to succeed. This is truly an organization that believes you can and will make whatever you desire of the opportunity.

The AHCG philosophy is to work smart, and hard.
